Analysis of the effectiveness of preventive measures in reducing the incidence of occupational diseases
Abstract
Purpose: is a systematic analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of preventive measures aimed at reducing the occurrence of occupational diseases among employees.
Method: analysis and synthesis.
Research results: The study showed that considering risks at the workplace and implementing relevant safety measures can effectively reduce the chances of occupational diseases among employees. It was found that the introduction of systematic medical examinations, special, and preventive training programs on occupational safety at the workplace can significantly reduce the incidence of occupational diseases among employees.
Theoretical value of the research: The results of this study can help refine the planning and implementation of preventive measures aimed at improving working conditions and the health of employees.
Practical implications: The potential practical value of this study lies in enhancing the effectiveness of preventive measures for occupational diseases. Also, the results of the study can be used to develop new prevention strategies and increase awareness of the importance of maintaining employee health in the workplace.
